TASTING NOTES
A pale lemon colour. The initial nose is mineral with tangy citrus notes, before opening up after aeration with expressions of passionfruit, pineapple, and fragrant white flower – with a touch of pear. The palate is lively and tangy, an even more citrusy attack alongside its mineral notes.
Round on the palate, finishing with a note of bitter lime. Refreshingly delicious yet elegantly complex, this is a wine with full expression of
its terroir.
