A deep garnet Cabernet Sauvignon
with a complex nose of ripe plum,
blackberry, tobacco, dark chocolate,
and aniseed, layered with hints of dried
herbs and bay leaf. The palate is rich
and bold, delivering dark cherry and
blackcurrant flavours framed by firm
tannins and bright acidity, finishing
with a lingering grip.
