TASTING NOTES
Roma Bianco echoes the luxury and splendour of Ancient Rome. The Roma DOC Bianco is produced solely from Malvasia Puntinata, grown on the volcanic soils of the Castelli Romani, which are also among the main grapes for the production of Frascati Superiore DOCG. This ancient variety is particularly interesting for its aromatic quality and mineral expression; it imparts a bright colour to the wines, as well as great flavour, structure, and softness.
