TASTING NOTES
In the glass the wine is straw yellow in colour with golden reflections and has a dense and persistent perlage. The nose reveals fresh aromas of white flowers and wisteria, bergamot and pink grapefruit. The sip is fresh and savoury, with a long and aromatic finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fish appetisers, white meat and grilled fish.
