TASTING NOTES
The nose is ripe black cherry, some marionberry, some mint, some cookie spice, some oak, some BBQ spice, Italian spice blend. The flavour is dark ripe cherry, earth, tannin, roasted pepper, oak, flint, limestone, salt, some soy, Italian spice blend, pepper, cayenne a tad, green olive. Opaque plum skin colour to lighter edges. Full-bodied with the smoothest texture. Nip of tannin on the end. Ok, Lasting flavour is ripe black cherry, cayenne, pepper, olive.
