The history of Carlos I dates back to 1889 when, in the city of Jerez, a master winemaker found in his cellar some barrels containing the most exquisite brandy he had ever tasted.
TASTING NOTES
Deep amber with reddish gleams. Caramelised oak notes and sweet hints of roasted cocoa licorice, all in beautiful harmony with raisins, figs and dates imported from the PX Viejo Solera. Velvety, with hints of caramelised oak and reminiscences of raisins in a seemingly unending finish.
